I just did a marketing test using this flyer and got fifteen calls, five solid leads, and potentially one deal that will make me $10K.  Not bad for a flyer that cost me about five dollars to produce at Kinko's and about one hour to put out.  I put these in every laundromat around my area here in Whittier, CA.  For some reason, motivated sellers do their laundry at a laundromat, and they called me up.  You will notice that I put my 888 number on the flyer, you can change the info if you want to!!  If you want to put your bird dog number on the pull tabs, make sure you have the callers mention the ID# so I can give you credit for the lead. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just think, if you do this and get me a $10K deal in your area, I will give you a check for $1000.  This will give you 1000 reasons to keep putting this flyer out everywhere. I have played this game about five times, and every time I play, I sharpen my investment skills, and learn how OPM is my favorite acronym in the world.  Using Other Peoples Money is critical to creating wealth.  My first time playing, I was so fearful of borrowing from the bank, at 10% interest, and having to pay that back.  But, the Market cards on the board game will produce buyers for your businesses, for your stock, for your real estate.  I have learned that the key to business is cashflowing it and there will be holding costs on your money.  The key is to buy properties with great ROI (Return On Investment), and buy businesses with great cashflow.  j&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I played this game with my parents, who are very conservative investors, and I could see that their programming, their mindset, I saw them grab small deal, after small deal.  I heard my mother say to herself "if I borrow from the bank, and owe money, I won't be able to sleep at night." I was told that I will be able to get thousands of people to my site and help people invest their hard earned money, or teach people to use their sacred "FICO" score, to do some out of state investing. When I say "out of state" investing, I mean, out of California, where I currently live.  My company "Reliable Solutions," is a real estate service provider.  We can do it all!!!  But, we are specifically working on some real estate deals in Dayton, Ohio.  Our company will show anybody how to use Other Peoples Money (Bank money) to purchase cheap properties in Ohio, at about 55% loan to value, then do a cash-out refinance at about 80% loan to value.  At this time, you will get your total investment returned to you, plus a little more profit!!!
